Session Fee
The One Soul Photography session fee is a non-refundable retainer that reserves our studio and staff for you on the session date you choose.
The session fee for individual and couple portraits includes up to three wardrobe changes, about an hour in the studio with Jill and David, a portrait ordering appointment, and an online gallery for wall art purchases.
The session fee for business and branding sessions include one outfit, about 30 minutes in the studio with Jill and David, an online gallery for portrait purchases, and a credit for one high-resolution digital portrait.
Session Add-ons
Options include additional wardrobe changes, a complete professional makeover, and incorporation of a vehicle into your session.
Fees paid for additional wardrobe changes and incorporation of a vehicle into your session are refundable in the event you cancel your session or if, prior to the day of your session, you change your mind about incorporating an add-on that you purchased. These add-on fees are not refundable once your session date arrives.
The fee for a complete professional makeover is refundable if you cancel your session at least 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days are not eligible for a refund of the makeover fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Regularly priced sessions may be rescheduled ONCE at no charge if rescheduling is completed at least 30 days before your originally scheduled session date.
Subsequent rescheduling requests and rescheduling within 30 days of an original session date will incur a $200 rebooking fee, which protects our beauty team members from lost income, as we book them 30 days in advance of a scheduled shoot to ensure their availability. Consequently, they get paid even if the shoot doesn’t happen as planned.
This fee may be waived with proof of illness or other medical emergencies.
Sessions booked under promotional offers may carry additional conditions, such as limitations on booking dates and the ability to reschedule.
Albums, wall art & custom items
Because of their bespoke nature, albums, wall art, and collectibles cannot be refunded or returned, nor can gift cards or digital reproductions.
Remakes
If a delivered product arrives damaged or with design elements not consistent with what we ordered, we will initiate a remake of the item, the cost of which will be borne by us and/or our print partner.
Merchandise
Swag purchases can be returned or exchanged in person within 30 days of the purchase date, less any bank transaction processing fees. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. After 30 days, all purchases are final.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if a refund is approced, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
For refundable merchandise, if you’ve been authorized a refund but haven’t received evidence of it after seven business days, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective.
Shipping returns
To return your item, contact us and arrange a drop-off date and time.
If you need to mail it to us, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of tracked return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
