Reveal and Ordering Appointment details

Your Reveal and Ordering Appointment is one of the exciting highlights of portrait experience! It’s where you see your portraits the first time and choose the ones you want to own and feature in your home.

When you book with us, we’ll ask you for some quick snaps of the wall spaces and shelves where you’d like to showcase your portraits. That will allow us to compose your portraits appropriately for the size of art that they’ll become.

At your reveal, we’ll present you with examples of our curated options for wall art mediums, and we’ll recommend dimensions that will present best on the walls and shelves of your home.

Payment Options

If you didn’t opt for pre-payment when you booked your session, you’ll make your portrait art purchases at your reveal. To make it easy, we accept super-popular Affirm financing as well as via major credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, or any combination of those. Here’s more detail on these and more ways to own the photos you love:

Pre-payment Option. If you take advantage of this offer when you book your session, you’ll receive advantaged pricing on your eventual wall art selections! If you decide at your reveal that you want more portraits than what you pre-paid, no worries! You’ll have 10 days to pay for additional purchases.
Affirm financing. With financing of three to 36 months for qualified buyers, Affirm is the painless way to get the most from your portrait experience. An Affirm transaction fee applies and is shown in the Affirm collection pricing. That’s the amount you’ll use when you pre-qualify without affecting your credit history. Note: when you go through the prequalifying process, you aren’t committing to spending a particular amount. If you prequalify for a higher amount than you ultimately spend, you only finance what you’ve chosen to spend. The deposit you pay to schedule your reveal will offset what you actually finance through Affirm.

Cash is king. Pay in full by cash or check and save 4% on transaction processing fees.
In-house Financing. Take up to six months following your Reveal Party date to pay for your portrait purchases, with flexible payment terms, there are no interest and penalties as long as you complete your purchase within six months. When you’ve done so, we’ll get to work on your beautiful art.
