Frequently Asked Questions
Who are Business Portrait Sessions for?
These sessions are designed for individual business owners, professionals, and teams of up to five who need polished imagery for websites, LinkedIn profiles, marketing materials, proposals, and social content. Whether you're a solo owner or a small team modernizing your imagery, we tailor each session to your business.
What's the difference between a headshot and a business portrait?
A headshot is a clean, polished portrait used for professional profiles and marketing. A business portrait goes further with environment, styling, and context — communicating not just what you look like but who you are as a business owner or team member. Both are produced in our studio.
What does a Business Portrait Session include?
Your $499 Business Portrait Session includes a planning meeting, complimentary professional hair styling and makeup for one, up to three looks per person, up to two hours of studio photography, access to our studio's full creative resources, professional posing guidance, and a same-day or separate reveal and ordering appointment. Full pricing is on our Investment page.
How does One Soul's studio support business photography?
Our studio gives us full control over lighting, backgrounds, and styling — essential for consistency. The laser DLP projection system creates nearly any background on demand, from clean editorial to environmental settings that reflect your business personality. Vehicle access is also available for trade-related imagery.
Do you photograph small teams?
Yes. We work with individuals and teams of up to five people. Team sessions create cohesive imagery for your website, LinkedIn, marketing, proposals, and social channels — while still giving each team member portraits that feel natural and personal. Larger teams can be accommodated through additional shooting time.
Can we do business photography outside the studio?
Yes. While most of our work happens in our 3,000-square-foot Kennesaw studio for the lighting and creative control it provides, location photography is available as an optional add-on. Common location shoots include offices, downtown environments, industrial settings, or anywhere that reflects your aesthetic.
